BIOGRAPHY:

Alison DeSantis, nee Eastwood, grew up in Verona, NY, a small town known now for its casino. After spending years singing, dancing, acting, and playing the french horn and piano on stages throughout central New York, she attended the University of Rochester, majoring in English and continuing her theatre career on the stage. After graduation, she returned to the university to stage manage The Iliad as a favor to the director and found a new niche in the theatre world. Following this production, she went on to train and work as a Stage Manager at Geva Theatre Center for three years.

Following their marriage in May 2003, Alison and her husband Dennis moved to Berlin, Germany, where she stage managed for two English-speaking theatre companies and was House Manager for Friends of Italian Opera - The English Theatre.

Since 2005, Alison has lived in New York City and worked freelance as a Stage Manager. Recent credits include work with THE LION KING on Broadway, New York Theatre Workshop, Atlantic Theater Company, Manhattan Theatre Club, and The Public Theater.
